Dolly de Leon braves the cold in ‘Nine Perfect Strangers’ season 2

Glimpses of Dolly de Leon’s character in the second season of the hit series “Nine Perfect Strangers,” will feature the Golden Globe nominee braving the cold at the Austrian Alps and at a wellness retreat.
De Leon, who was announced as a cast member in 2023, was featured in the show’s recent teasers with lead star Nicole Kidman, as well as Henry Golding, King Princess, and Annie Murphy, to name a few.
In one photo, the “Triangle of Sadness” star was seen with Princess and Murphy in a snowy location, where they seemed to be watching something with apparent concern.
Other photos showed de Leon seated at the fireplace and a meditation center of the fictional Tranquillum House. She was joined by Princess, Murphy, Golding, Christine Baranski, Mark Strong, and Murray Bartlett.

De Leon will reportedly star as Agnes, although details of her character’s back story are yet to be revealed. The actress previously expressed her excitement to share the screen with Kidman at a press event in November 2023.
De Leon is also part of the upcoming series “Severino” with Dennis Trillo, but details are yet to be revealed,
Season two of the Kidman-led show will premiere on May 21. Featuring eight episodes, the show will last to July 2.
Based on the Liane Moriarty book of the same title, the series tells the story of Masha Dmitrichenko, the Russian founder of the Tranquillum House which brings nine different individuals of different backgrounds together with the goal to “heal.” However, it turns out the wellness center has a different meaning to what healing is about.
“Nine Perfect Strangers” premiered in August 2021, with the performances of the actors garnering critical acclaim.
