Tom Rodriguez shared photos of his family on social media for the first time, despite choosing not to reveal the faces of his partner and baby.
Rodriguez offered a rare and intimate glimpse into his personal life by sharing their family portrait of three.
One of the photos featured the actor holding his son in one hand as he kissed his partner on the head, while their backs were turned to the camera. Another photo captured the family holding hands.
Rodriguez emphasized that his family is “too sacred to put on full display” but that doesn’t mean he would hide them.
“This isn’t about hiding… It’s about holding. Holding close what grounds me. What restores me. What reminds me of who I am beyond the lights, the noise, and the roles I play. This family of mine is my sanctuary… My peace. And in a world that often demands a performance, they are where I’m most real,” he wrote in the caption.
Rodriguez’s Instagram post came on the heels of rumors that he and ex-wife Carla Abellana had reconciled. The actress also came out to deny the reports, even threatening to file libel against perpetrators.
In November 2024, Rodriguez revealed that he recently became a father to a baby boy named Korben, with his non-showbiz foreign partner, whom he has been with for the past two years.
At the time, the “My Husband’s Lover” actor emphasized he wants to separate his personal life from his work in showbiz, which is why he won’t share any more about his partner and their child.
He also clarified that he and his current partner met after his divorce from actress Carla Abellana. Abellana and Rodriguez tied the knot in October 2021 after seven years of dating. They announced their separation a few months later.
Abellana recently fired back at a report that claimed she and Rodriguez were in reconciliation talks, as she warned of legal action. /edv
