Dolly de Leon‘s star continues to shine in Hollywood, this time after she appeared in the official poster and trailer of the highly anticipated second season of the series “Nine Perfect Strangers,” headlined by Hollywood star Nicole Kidman.
The poster is set against the backdrop of a snow-capped mountain, with de Leon side by side with her cast members on a grand staircase that would feature in their wellness retreat that’s center to the series.
The Golden Globe nominee shared the poster on her Instagram page, as well as the latest trailer, where she was featured in a scene with veteran Hollywood actress Christine Baranski.

The teaser also showed de Leon donning a nun’s outfit as she comforts one of the characters who is wearing a hospital gown.
The Filipina actress was also captured on her knees in a dimly lit church, fervently praying, which seemed to hint at the emotional weight of her upcoming role.
De Leon’s Instagram posts garnered exciting comments from fellow celebrities and netizens.
“This is so inspiring and amazing to see! Thank you for brilliantly representing the [Philippines]. [Dolly], love you so much,” wrote actress Iza Calzado.

Set in the idyllic Tranquillum House wellness resort in California, the first season premiered in August 2021 and follows nine individuals seeking healing from personal traumas.
The second season, which is set to shift the setting to the snowy Austrian Alps, is expected to maintain the central theme of intense personal transformation.
Kidman returns to her lead role as Masha, guiding a new group of individuals through a 10-day retreat.
The second season also features Henry Golding, Lena Olin, Annie Murphy, Lucas Englander, King Princess, Murray Bartlett, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Mark Strong, and Aras Aydin.
Upon its premiere in 2021, the series became the most-watched Hulu original premiere, surpassing previous record-holders like “The Handmaid’s Tale” season four finale.
“Nine Perfect Strangers” season two premieres on May 21.
